Throughout
my life I have meditated in one form or another. As I grow older I feel life
is a meditation. Everything comes down to how we spend our days and occupy
our minds. You can meditate actively or passively. For some a walk in the
quiet of nature is a meditation or sitting with a set spiritual practice,
mantra or prayer.
Find what you feel comfortable with and know that it's form may change from
day to day but its essence need always be a place of resting the mind, slowing
down the chatter and opening your heart to your true nature which is as limitless
and pure as the open sky - the place before thought - the place of sweet laughter
and full bellied compassion for yourself and all beings. Meditate with life.
